Below are given the names and particulars of some of those who have identified themselves with the

boycott:-

1. Rur Singh s/o Kirpal Singh, of Tooza district Ludhiana, the leader of the movement, but apparently

a manneither of capacity or education nor character. Left for Shanghai in October and has been traced.

2. Ganesha Singh, s/o Arjan Singh of Harpura, Tahsil Batala, a dismissed sepoy of the Hong Kong Police. Employed in Canton as a watchman by a

Chi naman.

Is one of the present ringleaders. Mansha Singh, 8/0 Lal Singh, of Panshta, Kapurthala State, a dimissed sepoy of the Hong Kong Police. Has been deported to India.

4. Sawan Singh of Bhadana, district Lahore. dismissed constable of the Kulangsu (Amoy) Police.

Also an ex-sepoy.

Now in Canton as a Chinese Merchant's

watchman.

5. Sawan Singh alias Toti of Dhotian, district Amritsar. Formerly in the Macao police. Now

employed as a watchman by the Bank of Canton.

6. Jaimal Singh of Bowrhai (?), Malerkotla State.

A dismissed constable of the Kulangsu (Amcy) police.

Now employed as a watchman by the Bank of East Asia. 7. Mangal Singh 'Akali', s/o Jamait Singh, of Ghaggi, Tahsil Tarn Taran, aged 64. Sometime a cook in the Hong Kong Gurdwara. Left for Shanghai in

October.

8. Channan Singh s/o Sunder Singh, of Nibalawala, Phul tahsil, Nabha State, Nicknamed anguthawadh

because of a damaged thumb. An ex-soldier. Ha a

been deported to India.
